Yes, both our company and all of our technicians are fully insured.
We recommend having your windows cleaned twice a year to prevent hard water accumulation and to extend the longevity of windows and screens.
All windows are cleaned by hand individually. We use standard window washing supplies, squeegees, buckets, and soft cloths.
We use a combination of mild soap and water to wash your windows. It is environmentally safe and it will not leave streaks; it is also non-abrasive.
We do not use any acid based products, ammonia, or vinegar.
Final price is determined before the start of the job. You can view our price list and price guide, which can be found on our Window Washing, Gutter Cleaning, or Power Washing pages. Or, use our Quick Quote Pricing Calculator!
Yes, we typically like to do both inside and outside on your first service. After your first cleaning of the year, you can transition from inside and outside window cleaning to outside only. While inside windows may stay clean for a longer period than outside windows, smoking, children, pets, and other factors may contribute to your need for indoor window cleaning.
Typically, window cleaning can take anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours, depending on the size of the house, number of windows, and when your last cleaning took place. Storms, screens, or French-style windows will add to the cleaning time.
If you are a first-time customer, we recommend that you are home for your window washing appointment. With this, we can offer a full price quote, ensure the service is to your satisfaction, and answer any questions you may have.
If you are having your gutters cleaned, you aren’t required to be home for your service. We can leave an invoice at your home after your gutters have been cleaned for your convenience. We do ask that you mail in payment within 5 days after the service has been completed. We also ask that you provide a phone number in case any questions should arise.
If you are having your outside windows cleaned, we don’t require that you’re home for this either, as long as storms and/or outdoor screens can be removed from the outside. We do ask that you mail in payment within 5 days after the service has been completed, as well as provide a phone number in case any questions should arise.
We offer same- or next-day service when available. During the busy season (spring and fall), we do recommend that you try to give one week’s notice when possible.

We bring our own equipment and supplies. We do ask that all blinds and/or window treatments are open or tied back before our arrival, and that there is a clear path to each window. Please remove any breakables or nick-knacks on or around the window area.
Most maid services use a product like Windex and paper towels, which will not clean your windows. Instead, it will rub the dirt around, which will create a static charge that will attract dirt and dust to your windows—but worst of all, it can scratch the glass. Our window washers use only professional window washing tools and equipment.
There are a few main things that will cause your window to become dirty:
- Dust
- Dirt
- Pollen

No, not if they are clean. When your windows are clean, you don’t have any dust or dirt for the water to adhere to. However, if your windows are dirty, rain simply attaches itself to dirt that is already there, often making them look worse.
The main reason for foggy windows is that you can have a broken or damaged rubber seal. The rubber seal is what keeps the gas between the pains from escaping. Your windows will look foggy because moisture gets gets trapped in between the panes.
We recommend that screen be cleaned once a year.
We cannot guarantee that all stains or spots will be removed during the cleaning of your screen. However, we will do our best to try to remove as many of the stains as possible. Screens that are not cleaned on a regular basis will accumulate a buildup of dirt and grime that can cause stains and spots, and this sometimes becomes permanent.
No, tracks and frames have an additional charge. Basic window washing includes the cleaning of the actual glass and wiping down your window sills. Tracks and frames are priced separately.
It is much more time-consuming to wash each individual pane one at a time as opposed to washing the whole window in one motion.
The floors will be covered with a drop cloth or towels to prevent anything from dripping on the floor. The workers will also be careful not to mark up your walls.
Out of respect for you and your home, our window washers will either remove their shoes or wear shoe covers.
